My formal background is in electro/mechanical/software engineering (mostly motor controls and pointing things at other things, with some guidance and navigation stuff on the side). On the recreation side I enjoy skiing, motorcycle riding, SCUBA diving, climbing, and kink.  I'm hoping that I can find some time to provide detailed input or analysis on a few topics that are close to my heart like electronics design, high reliability systems design for Things That Can't Break, and of course happy to proofread, organize, and otherwise review content.
