Known as LeatherFafner on my social media accounts, I have over 35 years of sobriety and am a prostate cancer survivor.  I was 2nd runner-up for both Mr Leather London 2024 and Mr Fetish World 2025 and am again running for Mr Fetish World 2026.

I have been published in Metro Online, as well as Queer Nederland and this project will serve as the basis for an upcoming research paper.  I have also created two YouTube channels - Prostate Cancer from Surgery through Recovery (documenting my cancer journey), and The Kink-Inclusive Healcare Alliance.
